Victoria Tiedema
Co-Founder/Vice President
Victoria created Watch Me Grow Irrigation with a mission rooted in compassion, resilience, and community. While building this company, she has been earning her degree through the IUPUI School of Social Work, fully paying her own way and balancing a demanding academic and professional journey.
Before stepping into entrepreneurship, Victoria worked full-time at Eskenazi Health, where she supported individuals facing difficult circumstances—from recovery challenges to long-term life transitions. Her background in social services strengthened her purpose:
to help people grow, heal, and overcome, both in their personal lives and in the spaces they call home.
This commitment to people-first care is the foundation of everything we do. Victoria’s drive, empathy, and leadership help shape a company culture where customers feel heard, respected, and supported—not just serviced.
